If your account is currently associated with a work email address, your login link may be blocked by a security feature that auto-reads login links and causes a loop.
We advise updating the email address on your account to a personal account or seeing if your company can approve our login links to avoid this issue.
Change Email Address
If you need to update your email address, we are here to assist you. Kindly follow the steps below to complete the process.
Log into your account.
Click "Account" on the top right corner.
At the top of the pop-out box, you will see your name and current email address.
Click "Edit".
Enter your new email address.
Click "Save" to confirm.
After updating your email, you will be able to use your new email address to access your account.
